The MCS-2-1 tank support timber is manufactured from European-sourced beech wood through a process of phenolic resin vacuum impregnation and high-temperature hot-pressing. The product exhibits exceptional properties: outstanding hydrolytic stability, low thermal conductivity, uniform density, superior dimensional stability, exceptionally high mechanical strength, low friction coefficient, and minimal linear expansion coefficient. Over 80 performance tests and 50+ successful deployments in Type-C and Type-A cryogenic tank fixed supports (with 100% delivery compliance) demonstrate the reliability and stability of MCS-2-1 in cryogenic support applications. The material holds current certifications from DNV, LR, KR, CCS, BV, and ABS classification societies.
